About the Scholarship

Ying Songnian Administrative Law Scholarship was initiated by China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL), with the mission of encouraging excellent postgraduates of administrative law and promoting academic development. The scholarship is funded by donations from Prof. Ying Songnian himself and relevant organizations and individuals. The scholarship was officially launched on December 10, 2005. It has gained great influence among the general public and it is recognized as the “Nobel Prize in Chinese Administrative Law”.
