On June 25th and 26th, 2016, China Law-Based Government Forum was held in Shanghai, sponsored mainly by China Administrative Law Society and Koguan Law School of Shanghai Jiaotong University. This was the first forum of “Research Network of Law-Based Government”, shared the topic of “Regional and Urban Legal System”.
