The 2003 Annual Meeting of China Administrative Law Society (CALS) was held from August 10th to 13th, 2003, in Yinchuan, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. The conference contained two topics: the first was election, to create a new council; the second was academic seminar, mainly offering comments and suggestions on Administrative Procedure Law of the People’s Republic of China (draft).
