The 2005 Annual Meeting of CALS was held from August 15th to 19th in Bo’ao, Hainan Province. Over 200 experts and scholars attended the conference, and over 120 papers were collected. In memory of the 20th anniversary foundation of CALS, theme of this year was “China Administrative Law Society for Twenty Years,” which aimed at reviewing the theoretical and practical achievements and experiences of Administrative Law in our country since the reform and opening-up policy, as well as looking for the trend of its development in the future.
