The 2010 Annual Meeting of China Administrative Law Society (CALS) was held successfully on July 19th and 20thin Tai’an, Shandong Province. The theme of this year was “Social Management Innovation and Administrative Law.” There were more than 210 participants referring over 160 essays, which achieved the biggest number of the past few years. The topics of this year included: innovation on social management, protection for vulnerable groups, villager autonomy, volunteer legislation and collective incidents.
