The 2006 Annual Meeting of CALS was held on July 27thand 28th in Xining, Qinghai Province. More than 200 experts and scholars attended the meeting, and over a hundred papers were collected. The topic of this year was “Legal Issues in Reforming the Government Administration System”. The delegates developed wide-ranged discussion on relevant issues.
