Education Background:
Cao Liu is a scholar of Constitutional and Administrative Law. She obtained a doctoral degree of law from CUPL (Constitutional and Administrative Law) in 2010. She engaged in the postdoctoral research on Administrative Law in the Law School of Renmin University of China from September, 2010 to July, 2012.Shewas a visiting scholar in Washington College of Law, American University from October, 2011 to April, 2012.
