Education background:

Prof. Liu has acquired a Bachelor’s degree of Arts in Sichuan Normal University and a Master’s degree of Law in Southwest University of Political Science and Law. In 2005, she obtained a Doctoral degree of Law from Renmin University of China. She was a visiting scholar at University of Toronto and York University.

Academic achievements:

Publishing and co-authored several monographs and papers on leading academic journals like China Legal Science and Chinese Journal of Law.

Presided over eight national, provincial and ministerial projects.

Research areas:

Basic theory of administrative law, administrative procedure system, social administrative law and administrative procuratorial theory.
