Participated in the drafting and research of various laws, regulations and normative documents, such as the Implementation Outline for Building a Law-based Government (2015-2020), and the Plan to Build the Rule of Law in China (2020-2025).

Published several monographs and translated works, such as the Research on the Main Issues of Government Information Disclosure, Analysis of Law-based Administration, Law and Administration, 20-Year Report of China’s Administrative Law Research, etc.

Co-author and co-editor of a number of works and textbooks.

Published over 100 papers in top academic journals such as Chinese Journal of Law, China Legal Science, Tribune of Political Science and Law, Peking University Law Journal, Law Journal, etc.
