On December 14th, the School of Law-based Government (SLBG) of China University of Political Sciences and Law (CUPL) held the Law-Based Government Forum, at which the 2015 Blue Book of Law-based Government and the Assessment Report of China’s Law-based Government were released. Prof. Ma Huaide, Vice President of CUPL and President of China Administrative Law Society (CALS), attended the conference and released the 2015 Blue Book of Law-based Government. Prof. Ying Songnian, Tenured Professor of CUPL, Mr. Yang Qun, Editor-in-Chief of Social Sciences Academic Press, and Mr. Li Shichun, Director of Research Department of China Law Society, attended the forum and delivered speeches. Prof. Wang Jingbo, Dean of SLBG and other members of the Assessment Project of China’s Law-based Government made presentations on the assessment results. 11 government officials from the Legislation Affairs Offices of their respective local governments, heads of the people’s procuratorates and courts, and experts and scholars from universities and research institutions were invited. The conference was hosted by Prof. Xue Gangling, President of the Law School of CUPL.
