At 5.p.m, December 29, 2009, the award ceremony of the Third Ying Songnian Administrative Law Scholarship was held in the Academic Lecture Hall at the Xueyuanlu Campus of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL).

Prof. Ying Songnian, Tenured Professor of CUPL and Honorary Director of Ying Songnian Administrative Law Scholarship, Prof. Ma Huaide, Vice President of CUPL and Director of Ying Songnian Administrative Law Scholarship, Prof. Liu Xin, Executive Director of Ying Songnian Administrative Law Scholarship, main donors of the scholarship, experts and scholars from sister schools and awarded students attended the ceremony. The ceremony was hosted by Prof. Liu Xin.
