At 9:30 a.m., September 4, 2011, the award ceremony of the Fifth Ying Songnian Administrative Law Scholarship and the “Symposium on Theories and Practices of Administrative Compulsion Law” were successfully held in the Lecture Hall on the second floor of the Administrative Building of Northwest University of Political Science and Law (NWUPL). Prof. Ying Songnian, a renowned administrative jurist, President of China Administrative Law Society (CALS) and Tenured Professor of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL), Dr. An Dong, President of Higher People’s Court of Shaanxi Province, Professor Jia Yu, President of Northwest University of Political Science and Law, Prof. Ma Huaide, Vice President of CUPL, Director Lv Qiang, Director of Xi’an Urban Administrative and Law Enforcement Bureau, 15 experts and scholars from other colleges and universities around China, awarded students, teachers and undergraduates of the School of Administrative Law of NWUPL attended the award ceremony.
