In the afternoon of December 23, 2006, the award ceremony of the First Ying Songnian Administrative Law Scholarship was held in BUPT Hotel.

 Prof. Ying Songnian, Director of the Administrative Law Studies Institute of China Law Society, Qing Feng, Director General of the Department for Government Legislation Coordination of the Legislative Affairs Office of the State Council, Zhao Daguang, Presiding Judge of the Administrative Court of the Supreme People’s Court, He Rong, Vice President of Higher People’s Court of Beijing Municipality, Li Xinsheng, President of People’s Court of Chaoyang District, Prof. Wang Xuehui, Vice Dean of the School of Administrative Law in Southwest University of Political Science and Law attended the ceremony together with many other distinguished guests. The ceremony was hosted by Prof. Ma Huaide, Vice President of China University of Political Science and Law and Dean of the Law School.
