The“Law Publicity Month” in the Ministry of Land and Resources (MLR)

In order to further study and implement the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on the Third National Constitution Day, and to carry out the activity “Law Publicity Month” in the Ministry of Land and Resources (MLR) of the People’s Republic of China, the Party Group Central Committee of MLR held the activity to learn Administrative Law on December, 5. Prof. Ma Huaide, Vice President of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL), was invited to give a special subject lecture.

Jiang Daming, Minister of Party Group, Minister and Chief Inspector of MLR of China, Ku Rexi, member of the Ministry of Party Group, Vice Minister of MLR of China and Director General of National Administration of Surveying, Mapping and Geoinformation, Cao Weixing, Vice Minister of MLR of China, Wang Min, member of the Ministry of Party Group and Vice Minister of MLR of China, Zhao Fengtong, member of the Ministry of Party Group and Group Leader of Discipline Inspection Department of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, Zhong Ziran, member of the Ministry of Party Group and Director General of China Geological Survey, Wang Guanghua and Zhao Long, members of the Ministry of Party Group and Vice Ministers, all participated in this learning activity. The Conference was hosted by Zhang Delin, member of the Ministry of Party Group and Vice Minister and Deputy Chief Inspector.

 

Prof. Ma Huaide stated and explained the theme “Deepening the Promotion of Law-based Administration and Accelerating the Construction of the Law-based Government” from the three aspects: the development process and significance of law-based administration in China, the problems and challenges of law-based administration and promotion the law-based administration, and the major task of accelerating the construction of Law-based government.
