The SPC Releases 10 Typical Administrative Adjudication Cases to Promote Law-based Administration

On June 13, the People’s Supreme Court released the first batch of 10 typical administrative adjudication cases which were selected from the administrative cases handled by the SPC in 2016. It’s the first time ever the SPC has selected and released typical administrative adjudication cases.
