On July 15, witnessed by relevant members of the Legislative Affairs Office of the State Council, a cooperation agreement on law-based government was signed between the Legislative Affairs Office of Nanchong Municipality and School of Law-based Government. Under this agreement, the two parties will jointly build the “Collaborative Innovation Base of Law-Based Government”, and explore the establishment of a long-term mechanism of collaboration in advancing the rule of law in governments between governmental agencies and research institutions of law schools.
