On November 15, 2017, the appointment ceremony of Governmental Legal Counsel of Henan Province was held in Zhengzhou. Chen Run’er, Governor of Henan Province, attended the ceremony and awarded the certificate for the appointed governmental legal counsels. Prof. Ma Huaide, Vice President of China University of Political Science and Law, and other 20 experts were appointed as legal counsels.
