Learning Session of Administrative Law Studies Institute of China Law Society (ALSCLS): Spirits of the 19th CPC National Congress

On November 5, 2017, the learning session of Administrative Law Studies Institute of China Law Society (ALSCLS) on the SpiritS of the 19th CPC National Congress was successfully held in Beijing. This session was attended by over 30 people, including Prof. Ying Songnian, Tenured Professor of CUPL and Honorary President of ALSCLS, Prof. Ma Huaide, Vice President of CUPL and President of ALSCLS, as well as directors and executive directors of ALSCLS. President Ma Huaide presided over this learning session, which was an in-depth discussion on “the spirits of the 19th CPC National Congress”.
