On February 26, 2018, the memorial ceremony of Prof. Luo Haocai was held in China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL) by Administrative Law Studies Institute of China Law Society in memory of the well-known professor of administrative law and his outstanding contribution to the development of legal education, the innovation of administrative law theory and the excellence in the development of administrative law practice. Prof. Ying Songnian, Honorary President of the Administrative Law Studies Institute of China Law Society, Prof. Ma Huaide, President of the Administrative Law Studies Institute of China Law Society and other members attended the memorial. The commemorate ceremony was moderated by President Ma Huaide.
