On March 27, the symposium on In-depth Learning, Publicizing, and Implementation of China’s constitution was held in Beijing. Wang Chen, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Vice-Chairperson of the National People’s Congress (NPC) presided over the meeting. Li Zhanshu, Chairperson of the National People’s Congress, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Prof. Wang Jingbo, Dean of School of Law-based Government had been invited to attend the meeting. Zhu Zhiwen, Vice Minister of Education, has recognized the work organized by the school of Law-based Government, CUPL, such as teacher- training program for legal education, survey on juvenile legal literacy and the efforts to participate in the compilation of the legal textbooks.
