On May 15th, Beijing Municipal Bureau of Justice organized a theoretical learning session of the Party Committee and invited Prof. Ma Huaide, Ph. D. supervisor and Vice President of China University of Political Science and Law, to give a lecture on supervision law.

  The lecture aimed at further studying and publicizing the thoughts of President Xi Jinping on socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics in the new era and implementing the Supervision Law of the People’s Republic of China. The lecture guided and urged all public officials throughout the judicial system to fully comprehend and accurately grasp the legislative spirit and substantive essence of the Supervision Law, to firmly establish the political consciousness of actively accepting the supervision of the Supervision Law, and to fully guarantee the supervision organs' full performance of their duties in accordance with law.
