In the morning of March 31, 2019, the Launching Ceremony of Top Ten Typical Cases of Administrative Litigation Promoting the Process of China’s Rule of Law was held at Beijing Jingyi Hotel. China Administrative Law Society, China Law Review by Law Press China, and School of Law-based Government, CUPL, jointly organized the conference. Leaders from the National People’s Congress, Supreme People’s Court, Supreme People’s Procuratorate, and Ministry of Justice, as well as experts and scholars from Peking University, Tsinghua University, Renmin University of China, and other universities and research institutes attended the meeting.
