On April 21, 2019, the School of Law-based Government (SLBG) of CUPL, and the China Administrative Law Society (CALS) jointly released the Blue Book of Law-Based Government: Development Report on China’s Law-based Government (2018) in Beijing. Experts and scholars from Beijing Federation of Social Science Circles, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Tsinghua University, Peking University and other universities and scientific research institutes attended the meeting.
