On July 17, the Ministry of Finance held the appointment ceremony of the second batch of legal advisers and the forum on advancing the rule of law in finance. Liu Kun, Party Secretary and Minister, the Ministry of Finance, awarded the letters of appointment to legal advisers and delivered a speech at the ceremony. Prof. Ma Huaide, Prof. Wang Liming and other twelve legal experts and lawyers were appointed as the second batch of legal advisers of the Ministry of Finance.
