In the afternoon of July 30, the People’s Government of Beijing Municipality held an executive meeting to study the three-year action plan for further promoting the governance on urban and rural water environment. Chen Jining, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Beijing Municipal Committee, Mayor of Beijing Municipality, presided over the meeting. The meeting conducted pre-conference law study and invited Prof. Wang Jingbo, Dean of the School of Law-based Government, to explain the revised Regulation on the Disclosure of Government Information of the People’s Republic of China.
