Associate Professor Lin Hua recently published a monograph entitled The Study on Law of Asset Declaration for Public Officials. This book focuses on several theoretical issues of the legislation on public officials’ asset declaration. This book is highly problem-oriented and goal-oriented, and tries to explore the legislative approaches for public officials’ asset declaration in China.
