On September 24, 2020, the Ministry of Justice held the first session of the Expert Committee of Rules and Regulations Record and Review. Minister of justice Tang Yijun gave a speech and granted letters of appointment to 19 legislators, judges, experts, scholars, and attorneys who were appointed as members of the expert committee, including Professor Wang Qingbin from the School of Law-based Government of CUPL.
