In the morning of December 11, 2020, the symposium on “Learning and Implementing the Spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19^th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China & Protection of Women and Children’s Rights and Interests”, sponsored by All-China Women’s Federation, was held in Beijing. This symposium was presided over by Shen Yueyue, Vice Chair of the Standing Committee of the 13^th National People’s Congress and Chair of All-China Women’s Federation. Professor Liu Yi, Executive Director of CUPL Research Base of Procuratorial Public Interest Litigation, was invited to the symposium and delivered a keynote speech.
