The selection of the Sixth “China Law-Based Government Award” was held by the School of Law-based Government(SLBG), China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL), under the academic guidance of the China Administrative Law Society of China Law Society (CALS). The “China Law-based Government Award” (hereinafter referred to as the “award”) is the first award initiated by an academic institution, SLBG of CUPL, to recognize outstanding measures taken and programs launched by administrative authorities at all levels to advance law-based administration and the rule of law in government. The award follows scientific standards and open selection procedures, aiming to sum up the useful experience, objectively and fairly assess the achievements and publicize them, and the fundamental goal is to “promote law-based administration”. The award, established in 2010 and held for six times, has exerted extensive and profound social influence.
