On April 23, 2023, the School of Law-based Government of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL) and the Administrative Law Studies Institute of China Law Society (ALSCLS) held the conference on the Blue Book of Law-Based Government: Annual Report on China’s Law-Based Government (2021-2022) in Beijing. More than 20 experts and scholars from China Law Society, the Supreme People’s Procuratorate, Ministry of Justice of the People’s Republic of China, the State Administration for Market Regulation, China Justice Big Data Institute, Social Sciences Academic Press (China), Peking University, Tsinghua University, China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL), as well as leaders from judicial practice departments of Beijing, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, and other provinces and cities, attended the conference. Over 30 news media outlets, including People’s Daily, China Media Group (CMG) and Guangming Daily, covered this conference. The conference was also live-streamed by the Legal Daily website.
