China Law Society and the Symposium on the Fundamentals of Administrative Law in China, hosted by Administrative Law Research Society of China Law Society, undertaken by Law School of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law and Modern Administrative Law Research Centre, and co-organized by Editorial Department of Law and Business Research, was successfully held at Nanhu Campus of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law. The theme of the conference was Public and Private in Administrative Law. Representatives from the Legal Affairs Commission of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress and other practical departments, experts and scholars from China University of Political Science and Law, Fudan University, Nanjing University, East China University of Political Science and Law, Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, and editors of journals of Chinese and Foreign Jurisprudence, China Law Review, Politics and Law, Contemporary Jurisprudence, Legal and Commercial Studies, and Research on Administrative Law gathered in the University to discuss issues related to the fundamentals of administrative law in China. The editors of journals such as Chinese Law Review, China Law Review, Politics and Law, Contemporary Law, Legal Business Research, Administrative Law Research, etc. gathered at CSU to share their insights and exchange ideas on issues related to the fundamentals of Chinese administrative law.
