The third Research Network of Law-Based Government Forum of the Administrative Law Studies Institute of China Law Society will be held on April 21 and 22 in Xi'an, organised by Northwest University of Political Science and Law (NWUPL). The formal session will last two days.

The forum welcomes submissions from scholars and practitioners. The meeting organizing committee will invite experts to review the submission papers and invite excellent authors of the papers to participate in the review.
