In noon of June 23, the Administrative Law Studies Institute of China Law Society (ALSCLS) held a plenary meeting of the Selection Committee. The meeting assessed the application materials of the self-recommended candidates and voted by secret ballot on the spot. The meeting decided to recommend Prof. Zhang Zhiyuan, Prof. Li Honglei and Prof. Song Hualin as the candidates recommended by ALSCLS. The order of recommendation was as follows: Prof. Zhang Zhiyuan, Prof. Li Honglei and Prof. Song Hualin.
