To implement the spirit of the Party Central Committee on ensuring stability on the six fronts and security in the six areas during COVID-19 prevention and control period, to promote accommodative and prudential regulation and innovation of legal regulation in the field of sharing economy, to stabilize social employment and to promote healthy economic and social development, the School of Law-based Government (SLBG) of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL) and the Center for Internet and Legal Regulation of CUPL have launched a non-for-profit “Innovation Program for Legal Regulation of Sharing Economy” to discuss, publicize and promote the innovative measures of legal regulation carried out by local governments and their departments in the field of sharing economy, such as online ride-hailing, bike sharing and online catering.
