To thoroughly implement the instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping at the Third Session of Central Committee for Ruling the Country in an All-round Way by Law on “giving full play to the institutional advantages of administrative reconsideration as an impartial, efficient and convenient channel to resolve administrative disputes,” to further improve the theory and system of administrative reconsideration with Chinese characteristics, and to help promote the revision of the Administrative Reconsideration Law and implement the reform of the administrative reconsideration system, the CALS officially calls for papers on the theme of “theoretical research on administrative reconsideration”, commissioned by the Administrative Reconsideration and Response Bureau of the Ministry of Justice.
