In order to promote the development of procuratorial public interest litigation, and expand the influence of typical cases, the selection of “recommended model cases of procuratorial public interest litigation” was launched. This selection was jointly sponsored by the Research Bases of Procuratorial Public Interest Litigation of the Supreme People’s Procuratorate including the Research Base of Procuratorial Public Interest Litigation of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL), and organized by the Institute of Procuratorial Public Interest Litigation of Zhengzhou University.
