To promote the development of procuratorial public interest litigation and expand the influence of typical cases, the selection event of "Recommended Model Cases of Procuratorial Public Interest Litigation" is launched by he Research Base for Procuratorial Public Interest Litigation of the Supreme People’s Procuratorate. This event is hosted by the Administrative Law Studies Institute of China Law Society (ALSCLS), jointly sponsored byChina University of Political Science and Law（CUPL）Research Base of Procuratorial Public Interest Litigation and ECUPL Shanghai Public Interest Litigation Research Center, and organized by the School of Law-based Government of CUPL.
