To implement the CPC Central Committee and the State Council documents on law-based government, summarize experience in promoting law-based administration, objectively evaluate and promote significant achievements in law-based government, and improve administrative organs' law-based administration capabilities, the "China Law-Based Government Award" was initiated by the Institute of Rule of Law Goverment of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL) in 2010.With a wide societal impact,six sessions have been successfully organized. To further advance the rule of law in China, in the government, and in the society, and to popularize the exemplary role of new achievements in constructing law-based government, the seventh "China Law-based Government Award" assessment will be officially launched in March 2024. Government agencies at all levels and relevant organizations are welcomed to apply for the award. The application period is from March 18, 2024, to July 30, 2024.
