On January 1, 2026 (13th day of the 11th month of the lunar calendar), Mr. Ying Songnian, a renowned jurist in contemporary China, an important founder and leader in the discipline of administrative law in new China, and a lifelong professor of the China University of Political Science and Law, will celebrate his ninetieth birthday. At that time, China University of Political Science and Law and the Administrative Law Research Society of China Law Society will hold a symposium on Mr. Ying Songnian's academic thoughts on administrative law and release an anthology of essays on Mr. Ying Songnian's 90th birthday (tentative title) at the symposium. In this regard, we would like to collect contributions from all of you.
