To thoroughly study and implement Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, fully implement Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law, and carry out the important deployment of the 20th CPC National Congress on Improving the Public Interest Litigation System, the Fujian Provincial People's Procuratorate, the China University of Political Science and Law Research Base for Procuratorial Public Interest Litigation, and the Administrative Law Research Association of Fujian Provincial Law Society jointly launched the essay contest themed New Era, New Journey of Procuratorial Public Interest Litigation in April 2025. By June, a total of 548 submissions had been received. To ensure fairness and impartiality in the evaluation process, experts organized by the Fujian Provincial People's Procuratorate, the China University of Political Science and Law Research Base for Procuratorial Public Interest Litigation, and the Administrative Law Research Association of Fujian Provincial Law Society conducted three rounds of review. A total of 60 outstanding papers were selected, including 10 first-prize winners, 20 second-prize winners, and 30 third-prize winners. On July 17, the award results were announced at the press conference commemorating the 10th anniversary of Fujian's practice of the procuratorial public interest litigation system, hosted by the Fujian Provincial People's Procuratorate.
