In the evening of September 7, the 93rd Law-based Government Forum was successfully held with the theme of “Constitutional Issues on Administrative Litigation—An Example of France”, the forum invited Ms. Frédérique Rueda, Professor of Public Law, University of Bordeaux (UOB), Mr. David Katz, Judge of Appellate Administrative Court of Bordeaux, and Mr. Benjamin Pelletier, Executive Director of Montesquieu Center of UOB, to deliver speeches. The forum was hosted by Zhang Li, Professor of the School of the Law-based Government. Wang Wei, Associate Professor of the Law School, was the interpreter. Prof. Xue Gangling, Dean of the Law School of China University of Political Science and Law, also participated in this activity.
