The 126^th Forum: Theoretical Development and New Topics of the Revised Law of the People’s Republic of China on Administrative Penalty

In the evening of March 31, 2021, the 126^th Law-Based Government Forum was successfully held at the Xueyuanlu Campus of CUPL. The guest speaker was Huang Haihua, Deputy Director of the Legislative Planning Office, the Legislative Affairs Commission of the National People’s Congress Standing Committee (NPCSC). The theme of the forum was “Theoretical Development and New Topics of the Revised Law of the People’s Republic of China on Administrative Penalty”. The forum was moderated by Prof. Cao Liu of the School of Law-based Government (SLBG) of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL). Prof. He Haibo of Tsinghua University Law School and Prof. Zhao Peng, Dean of SLBG attended the forum as guest panelists.
