The 128^th Forum: Judicial Review in Administrative Agreement

In the evening of 10 June 2021, the 128^th Law-based Government Forum was held at the Xueyuanlu Campus of CUPL. The theme of the forum was “Judicial Review in Administrative Agreement” and the guest speaker was Yu Lingyun, Professor and Doctoral supervisor of Tsinghua University. The forum was moderated by Prof. Zhao Peng, Doctoral supervisor and Dean of the School of Law-based Government (SLBG) of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL). Cai Xiaoxue, former presiding judge of the Administrative Tribunal of the Supreme People’s Court (SPC) who was awarded as the “National Trial Expert”, and Prof. Liu Fei, Doctoral supervisor and Dean of China-EU School of Law (CESL), were invited as commentators. The forum was also attended by Lin Hua, Associate Professor of the School of Law-based Government (SLBG), and Feng Jian, postdoctoral scholar at SLBG. This forum focused on the differences between the administrative agreement and the civil contract, types of administrative agreement, as well as mode of trials for administrative agreement.
