In the evening of March 13, 2008, the 5th Seminar Series of Law-based Government Forum, sponsored by the School of Law-based Government of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL), was successfully held at the Academic Lecture Hall of Xueyuanlu Campus. It was honored to invite Prof. Ying Songnian, former President of Administrative Law Studies Institute of China Law Society and Tenured Professor of CUPL, to give a speech with the theme of “New Situation of Administration by Law”. Prof. Liu Shen, Ph. D. Supervisor of CUPL, was the commentator. Lin Hongchao, Postdoctoral Research Fellow of CUPL was the host.
