On October 19, 2010, the 33rd Seminar Series of Law-based Government Forum was successfully held at the Academic Lecture Hall in the library of Xueyuanlu Campus. The seminar was sponsored by the School of Law-based Government. It was greatly honored to have Mr. Jean-Bernard Auby, famous Jurist in the field of Administrative Law from Paris Institute of Political Studies as the lecturer. He delivered a wonderful speech with the theme of “The Latest Development on French Public Property System”. In addition, Prof. Zhang Shuyi served as commentator at the event and Zhang Li, Associate Professor of China University of Political Science and Law, hosted and translated the lecture.
