On November 24, 2010, the 36th Seminar Series of Law-based Government Forum was successfully held at Xueyuanlu Campus of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL). The event hosted by the School of Law-based Government (SLBG) was greatly honored to have Prof. Zhou Hanhua, Director of Department of Constitutional and Administrative Law, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. As the lecturer, Prof. Zhou delivered a wonderful speech with the theme of “A Review on the Revisions of State Compensation Law: Rethink on the Attribution Principle”. In addition, Prof. Gao Jiawei, from Procedural Law Research Institute of CUPL, commented on the lecture and Dr. Wang Qingbin from SLBG hosted the lecture.
