On December 15, 2010, the 20^th Law-based Government Forum invited Shen Kui, Vice Deputy of Peking University Law School, and Liu Zhihui, Professor of Civil, Commercial and Economic Law School, China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL) to serve as lecturers. The keynote speeches delivered by them were with the theme of “Expropriation, Demolition and Relocation: A Conversation between Public Law and Private Law”. The host of the forum was Wang Qingbin, Lecturer from the School of Law-based Government, CUPL.
