In the evening of October 11, 2012, the 62nd Law-based Government Forum sponsored by the School of Law-based Government (SLBG) was successfully held at Room 107 of Teaching Building in Xueyuanlu Campus. The forum enjoyed a warm and a solemn atmosphere. It was honored to have Mr. Pierre Delvolvé, Fellow of the French Academy and Tenured Professor of Université Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas. As the lecturer, he delivered a keynote speech with the theme of “The Evolution of French Public Law over the Past 30 Years” for over 10 graduate students majoring in Public Law Studies.
Prof. Ying Songnian, Tenured Professor of China University of Political Science and Law and Honorary Dean of SLBG also attended the forum as the host and the commentator. Zhang Li, Associate Professor and scholar in the field of French Public Law, worked as the simultaneous interpreter for the whole school and made it easy for Prof. Delvolvé to communicate with his audience.
