In the evening of October 13, 2014, the 78th Law-based Government Forum was successfully held in Graduate School of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL). This forum invited Mr. Pierre Delvolvé, pioneer of contemporary Administrative Law of France, Academician of France Academy and Professor of Université Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas, to give a lecture concerning subjective change in the appeal for abuse of power. This forum was hosted by Prof. Xue Gangling, Dean of the Law School of CUPL. Prof. Zhang Li of the School of the Law-based Government was the interpreter.
