In the evening of April 14, 2015, the 81st Law-based Government Forum was held in Graduate School of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL), with the theme of “Modifying Background and Main Content Interpretation of Legislative Law Amended in 2015”. The Decision of the National People’s Congress on Amending the Legislation Law of the People's Republic of Chinawas adopted at the 3rd Session of the Twelfth National People’s Congress of the People’s Republic of China on March 15, 2015.This was the first time to amend Legislative Law after its promulgation in 2000, heralding a new limestone of Chinese legislative history. This forum invited Wu Zeng, Director of National Law Office of Committee of Legislative Affairs, to interpret the major issues on the amendment to Legislative Law. The forum was hosted by Prof. Wang Jingbo, Vice Dean of the School of Law-based Government. Prof. Liu Shen of CUPL gave a wonderful comment on this forum.
